The Dr. David and Ruth Pulido Pavilion, located in Northern Luzon Adventist College, Sison, Pangasinan, Philippines, was officially opened and dedicated on February 14, 2019.

The pavilion is dedicated in honor of Dr. David Romuar and Mrs. Ruth Balinao Pulido and their commitment to Seventh-Day Adventist education and their love for Northern Luzon Adventist College. Generously donated by Mary Pulido Chow and David C.K. Chow of the Chow Foundation, Los Angeles, CA, USA.

Distinguished guests included Danny Uy (son of Sison Mayor Danny C. Uy), Pastor Romeo Mangiliman (President of North Philippine Union College), Pastor Marvin Diaz (President of Northern Luzon Mission), and Pastor Nepthali Manez (President of Northern Luzon Adventist College).

The inauguration and dedication ceremony featured felicitations from Danny Uy, Dr. Melina Anne DV. Manlongat, Mssr. Joeper I. Eurolfan, and theology student, Leo Kingsly Sagaya. An encouraging dedication message was delivered by Pastor Romeo T. Mangiliman, and beautiful musical selections were rendered by Northern Luzon Adventist College Chorale, Young Harmonic Heralds, and Remnant Square Chorale.

Mrs. Ruth Pulido and doners, David C.K. Chow and Mary Sonnie Pulido, spoke heartfelt and inspirational words towards the end of the ceremony.
